She is survived by: her husband Gary Osborne; her children, Benjamin Osborne, Laura Gillum (Michael) and Daniel Osborne (Sarah); her grandchildren, Peyton, Taryn, Caroline, Lucy, Claire and Carter; and her brother Roger Schweder (Linda).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Sandy's honor may be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
