In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Sandra leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Sandra may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse P. C. Sprague, Jr.; her sons, Mike (Kelly) and Paul James Sprague; her grandchildren, Ethan, Emma and Abigail Sprague; and her brother Gary Siebenthal (Janet).
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (11000 Montgomery Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249).
