He is survived by: his children, Richard (Jean Holthaus), Sarah Holthaus and Ben Holthaus; his grandchildren, Aubriana Bolin and Raylynn Haste; his siblings, Kirk Holthaus (Stacey), Jill Krebs (Roger), Randy Holthaus (Denise) and Dean Holthaus (Megan); and his girlfriend Sylvia England.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Vorhis & Ryan Funeral Home- Springdale (11365 Springfield Pike, Cincinnati, OH 45246). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, December 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
