He is survived by: his parents, Patricia McCormick and Charles DiGiovanna (Kate); his sister Meghan DiGiovanna; his grandmother Kathleen DiGiovanna; his stepgrandmother Christine DiGiovanna; his great-aunts, Lynda O'Grady and Rosalie Mangels; his aunts and uncles, Jean McCormick, Joanie Hosp, Annie DiGiovanna, James DiGiovanna and William McCormick; and his cousins, Reid and Samantha Hosp.

I had a brother with autopsy who also died too soon; in that regard, i share your feelings. I wish there were something to mitigate your loss; but I know there were many, many great moments over Shane's 27 years. Be well, godson. Please give our best to your mother.
