She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Reisinger and Lucy Reisinger; her former husband Norman Smith; her husband Donald Goodcase; and her sisters, Sandra and Nancy.

She is survived by: her children, Jeffrey Smith, Gregory Smith (Pamela), Theresa Schaefer (Brent) and Lynn Forman (Jeremy); her grandchildren, Adam, Tyler, Andrew, Rebecca, Emily, Erin and Kat; and her sister Stanette. She is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
