He was predeceased by: his parent Margarite Loomis; his stepchild Jude Mitchell; and his brother Michael Loomis. He is survived by: his wife Karen Loomis; his children, Nikki Nie (Greg) and Jamie Loomis; his grandchildren, Maya, Hannah Hubbard and Andrew Nie; his stepchildren, Carissa Bryant (Casey) and Ryan Mitchell; his stepgrandchildren, Mykella, Maura, Laney, Maggie, Riley, Max, Cheyenne, Chase, Keira, Olivia and Aubrey; and his siblings, Roy Loomis and Vicki Clary.
In lieu of flowers family suggests contributions to Hospice of Blue Grass Care Navigators or the UC Gardner Neuroscience Institute.
