She is survived by: her husband Christopher Durbin; her children, Brenda Lawson (Charles), Albert Smith (Kim), Timmy Smith (Teresa) and Terry Smith (Denise); her grandchildren, Candace, Charlene, Michael, Stacey, Albert III, Tony, Terry Jr., Steven, Jacob and Tara; and her siblings, Richard, Joyce and Sandy.
Memorial contributions may be given in Shirley's name to The Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
