With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Shirley M. Pierce (Cincinnati, Ohio), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Shirley left this world on October 19, 2025 at the age of 90, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Boyd Wheeler and Bertha Wheeler (Hatfield); her husband James C. Pierce; her son James Pierce Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Francis Sammons (DG), Bud Wheeler, Betty Lanzarotto (Frank) and Don Wheeler.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, James III, Donnie, David Pierce (Rachel), Jessica Pierce, Jennifer Young (Rick) and Amber Palassis (Andrew); her great grandchildren, Robert James, Sadie and Kendyl; her great great grandchildren, Kaylee, Avah, Jaxson and Waylen; and her son Don Pierce (Sharon). She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bj Meyer Sons Funeral Home (5864 Bridgetown Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45248). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 12:45 PM to 1:15 PM at the Crown Hill Memorial Park (11825 Pippin Rd, Groesbeck, OH 45251).
