Slava Slevin Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on January 7, 2023, at the age of 99, Slava Slevin (Cincinnati, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Benjamin Slevin; her daughters, Melanie Zadikoff (Colin) and Jillian Kantor (David); her grandchildren, Cindy Rodzynek (Ilan), Nikki Sacks (Steven), Ryan Kantor (Alycia) and Roben Smolar (Gregg); and her great grandchildren, Ben, Mia, Eden Rodzynek, Dylan, Ian Sacks, Sam, Jacob Kantor, Jocey, Joshua and Gabriel Smolar.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Magen David Adom.
