He was predeceased by: his wife Helen F. Miller; his daughter Elaine Miller; and his brother Larry Miller (Marilyn). He is survived by: his son Jeff Miller; his grandchildren, Rachel Rubin (Jeremy), Tony (Jamie), Alex Miller (Zoe), Jordan (Heather) and Jared Kuhn; and his great grandchildren, Pandora, Leo, Jax, Daphne Rubin, Tony, Maxine Miller, Aubrey, Evelyn and Ariel Kuhn.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to American Heart Fund or American Cancer Society would be appreciated.
