She is survived by: her siblings' children, Anthony Seta, Carlo Thomas Seta, Concetta Schaefer, Sylvia Seta Wurster, Lisa Neidich, Mark Neidich, Kimberly Stevens, Cynthia Headley and Concetta Bishop; her brother Carlo Seta; her sister-in-law Mary E. Seta; her siblings, William Seta, Nick Seta, Carmela Lewis, Sylvia Cirinelli, Theresa Neidich and Dolly Seta; and her nephews, Joseph Seta and Michael Neidich, Jr..
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Stella's name to either the Harmony Cares Hospice, Hospice of Cincinnati or the Lymphoma Society.
