He was predeceased by: his wife Laura Fields; his parents, Jo Ann Fields and Don Fields; and his brother Richard Fields. He is survived by: his siblings, Andy Fields (Jen), Donna Hughes (Tim) and Debbie Fields (Lisa); his children, Stacy Fields, Stephen Jay Fields (Tinnille), Jason Fields (Amanda) and Heather Fields; and his stepchildren, William R. Dees (Sandi) and Natalie Schuehler (Aaron). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to the American Lung Association or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital to honor Stephen's memory.
