He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Chapman; and his brother Richard Thompson. He is survived by: his parent Gayle Thompson; his siblings, Tommy Thompson (Donna), Tamela Behm, Kelly Crantford (John) and Carol Wilson; his children, Cathryn Hays (Nick), Alex Berry (Savanah) and Abigail Chapman; and his grandchildren, Tucker Bally and Paisley Pearson (Kelley Grainger). He is also survived by many nieces & nephews.
