He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert "Earl" Cole and Delores M. Bailey; his stepfather William F. Bailey; and his sister Karen R. Cole. He is survived by: his siblings, Diane M. Lack, William D. Bailey (Michelle), Douglas N. Bailey (Susan) and Shawn P. Bailey, Sr. (Sarah); and his niece Danielle Goureau.
