He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert "Mickey" Levinson and Sylvia Levinson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Levinson; his sons, Jeffrey and Scott; and his grandsons, Max and Henry.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 1st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Weil Kahn Funeral Home (8350 Cornell Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45249).
