Andrew (Heather) Perlet, and Jonathan Perlet; grandchildren: Connor, Emma, McKinley, Ava, Madilynn, Emmett, Tyler (Alexis) Sanders, Tanner (Abby) Sanders, Taryn (Mack) Rose; great grandchildren: six; brother: Scott (the late Susie) Perlet; sister: Sharon (Jeff) Jesko; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Cherry Grove Lanes (4005 Hopper Hill Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45255).
