With sadness, we share the passing of Steven Walton (Cincinnati, Ohio). Steven, born on December 7, 1960, passed away on September 10, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Family, friends, and acquaintances remember Steven for his warmth, thoughtfulness, and the moments shared together. While he will be deeply missed, the influence he had on the lives around him remains. Loved ones will reflect on the time spent together. Steven’s memory will live on in the hearts of friends and family, a lasting reminder of the connections and experiences he brought to the world.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cheryl Walton (Minges); his daughter Rebecca Zureick (Christopher); his granddaughter Cecilia Elizabeth Zureick; his siblings, Pat Hornbach (Dan), Peggy Lawrence and Kathy Otting (Mike); and his parents, William Walton and Irma Walton (Barnickle). He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home (3155 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45211). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. Bernard Church (7130 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45247).
