She is survived by: her daughter Carissa Harrell of Cincinnati, OH; her siblings, Dan Jenkins of Cincinnati, OH, Linda Schumacher of Cincinnati, OH and Nancy Donnelly of Independence, KY; her grandson Brett Duenhoft; and her great grandchildren, Cooper Duenhoft and Chloe Duenhoft.
