Susan leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Susan’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Susan will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Owings and Rosemary Owings (Hughes); her brother Jim Owings; and her former husbands, William D. Ramey and Robert E. Burns.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Stevens; her children, Chad Ramey (Leslie), Mandy Keller (Phil) and Monica Ramey; her grandchildren, Jack, Will, Avery and David; and her pet Miles Davis. She is also survived by step-children, step-grandchildren, cherished nieces and nephews.
