She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Collins Burgess (Dave) and Diana Collins; her siblings, Joe Smith (Mary Sue) and Sandra Abel; her grandsons, Michael Burgess (Nicole) and Alex Burgess; and her great grandchildren, Claire Burgess, Briella Burgess, Quinn Burgess, Brogan Pleiman and Sam Pleiman.
