She was predeceased by: her husband David A. Skidmore; and her parents, Nell and Edward Vosmer. She is survived by: her children, Suki Skidmore (Tim Kane), Melissa Cowan (Grant) and David Skidmore, Jr. (Kristin); her grandchildren, Carter Mills (Gracie), Stewart Guderian (Bret), Spencer Cowan (Catherine), Ned Cowan (Sarah), Graydon Cowan, Alexandra Skidmore and David Skidmore, III; and her great grandchildren, Lula Guderian, Cam Guderian, Hale Cowan and Nell Cowan.
