She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Joe and Helen Hlebak; her uncles, Joe Hlebak and Joe Janusik; and her friend Katie Boyle.
She is survived by: her adoptive father Larry (Kara Hlebak); her parents, Kara Hlebak and Larry Hlebak; her siblings, AJ Hlebak, Gabrielle and Amelia Hlebak; her grandparents, Robert and Elaine Ludwig; her aunts and uncles, Karen, Jim Bartell, Frank, Julie Hlebak, Lisa Janusik, Rob, Sue Ludwig, Larry and Jennie Ludwig; her cousins, Amanda, Josh, Matt, Theresa, Cindy, Corey, Elizabeth, Austin, Alexis, Joe, Molli, Jessica, Ryan, Jake, Abby, Gunnar, Genevieve and Gemma; and her friend Abby White. She is also survived by many friends and her grateful family.
