He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary C. Ruf Ruf (Smith) and Julias J. Ruf; and his wife Diane L. Ruf (Gillham). He is survived by: his siblings, Bonita L. Booth (Ruf) and John R. Ruf (Jack); his child Robin L. DeVido (Ruf); his son-in-law Daniel R. DeVido; and his grandchildren, Alexander D. DeVido and Elizabeth A. DeVido.
Funeral arrangements are being handled with care, and in lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to Hospice of Cincinnati, an organization that provided compassionate care to both Terry and Diane in their final days.
