He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Cooper and Marguerite Cooper; his wife Joyce Cooper; and his siblings, Shirley Brokamp, William Schilling, Jerry Cooper and Richard Cooper.
He is survived by: his children, Kevin Cooper (Heather) and Gayle Neff (Sean); his grandsons, Mason Cooper (Corwin), Zane Cooper (Courtney Helms), Austin Cooper (Xeni Drath) and Brady Pipenur; his sister Sue Pauley (Dan); and his sisters-in-law, Nadine Schilling and Linda Cooper. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
