He was predeceased by: his wife Lewise; and his parents, Dutch and Holland. He is survived by: his children, Theresa (Wayne Bradley), David (Mary Kalsbeek), James Kalsbeek and Marie (Gerry Ferguson); his grandchildren, Bret Olson (Tosh), Kara Kimicata (John), Sarah Buer (Matt), Robin Kalsbeek (Alison), Davis Kalsbeek, Bryan Ferguson and Joe Ferguson; and his great grandchildren, Graham Buer and Lucian Olson.
