He was predeceased by: his son Brad; his brother Bob Austing; and his sister-in-law Mary Ann Spinney (John). He is survived by: his wife Cathy Austing; his children, Dan Austing (Jill), Tim Austing (Michelle), Tricia Austing and Lori Austing; his grandchildren, Ellie, Will, Mary, Danny, Mikey, Tommy and Charlie; his siblings, Bernie Austing (late Diane), Mary Jo Meyer (Paul), Sue Fieler (late Joe) and Terri Lehman (Chip); and his brother-in-law Tom Ciresi (Pam). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
