He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Perry (Andrew) and Denise Lytle (Phil); his stepdaughter Annette Carico (Steve); and his siblings, Rea Hoetker (Dan) and Bill Butscha (Bobbie). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other special family members, and friends. And his 2 kitty cats.
