He was predeceased by: his mother Helen; his former wife Helen Bushnell-Delaney; his daughter Megan; and his sister Eileen M. Delaney. He is survived by: his wife Louise Haas-Delaney; his sons, Will Delaney (Colleen) of Minneapolis and J. Michael Delaney (Mary) of Cincinnati; his granddaughters, Rose, Maggie Delaney and Maya Delaney; and his siblings, Kathleen Cummings (late James) of Louisville, Margaret A. "Peg" Delaney of Cincinnati and James P. Delaney (Doris).
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Neidhard-Minges Funeral Home (3155 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45211). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, September 26th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. William Church (4108 W 8th St, Cincinnati, OH 45205).
