He is survived by: his wife Andrea Mink; his daughter Jodi Tinker (Kevin); his stepdaughters, Tiffany Wright, Rachel Jasper and Ashley Middleton; his grandchildren, Kevin, Josh, Kynlee, Aiden, Jessie, Thomas, Peyton, Brylee, Aubrey, Harper, Nataysia and Gracie; his siblings, Patricia Muething (David), Charlene Siekbert (late Butch) and Gail Stanforth (Roy); and his sister-in-law Diane Lindsey. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
