He was predeceased by: his parents, George L. Estes and Mary L. Estes (Merritt); his brother George "Butch"; his parents-in-law, Donald and Joan Massie; and his brother-in-law Daniel J. Massie.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Estes (Massie); and his children, Thomas "Tom" Estes, Jr. (Kathleen) and Tonia Deidesheimer (Jerry). He is also survived by his family and friends.
In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association and Hospice of Cincinnati.
