He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Darlene (William Angel); and his parents, Ruth Pitstick and Jake Pitstick. He is survived by: his son Tommy; his grandchildren, Mike, Olivia Pitstick, Julia Pitstick, Isabella Pitstick, Michael Pitstick Jr., Madelaine Coffin and Dorothy Burgasser; his siblings, Martin Pitstick (Jeannine), Earl Pitstick (Sally), Paula Stautberg (William) and Deborah (William Ploehs); his brother-in-law Randall (Beverly Freel); and his sisters, Traci McIntuch (Billy) and Carrie Weber (Jeremy).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: St. Jude Children's Hospital.
