He is survived by: his children, Christopher Kreienbaum of Cincinnati, Amy Elizabeth Ingram of Cincinnati and Vanessa Ellington of Cincinnati; his grandchildren, Elli, Charlie, Kennedy and Dorothy; and his sister Carolyn McMahon (late George) of Cincinnati.
