It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas M. Phelan (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on March 5, 2023, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thomas Michael Phelan, Sr. and Grace Joann Orifici Phelan; his sisters, Kathleen Dugan and Patricia Tenoever; and his brothers-in-law, Bruce Dugan and George Tenoever. He was also cherished by his nephew and two nieces and their spouses and children and his many friends, fellow musicians and co-workers.
