He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Newcomb and Mary Newcomb (Oehler). He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Newcomb (Costello); his siblings, Jackie Voss (Newcomb) and Robert "Bobby" Newcomb; his children, Barbie, Vivian Ryan (Kevin), Pamela Basler (Paul Reid) and Margie Ventre11 (Joe); his grandchildren, Cindy Farruggia (Chris Pastars), Frank Farruggia (Leah Kritzer), Jessica Farruggia (Sean Barry), Amy Montgomery (Chad), Jonathan Basler (Heather), Jody Arrington (Sean), Michaela Rawsthorn, Bryan Stockelman, Lena Faillace (Joe), Michael Ventre and Mia Ventre; and his siblings, Connie Fullerton (Newcomb), Judy Rebel (Newcomb), Ron Newcomb (Carolyn), Don Newcomb (Suzy) and Joe Newcomb. He is also survived by sisters-in-law, many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
