It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Patrick Tierney (Cincinnati, Ohio), who passed away on June 1, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas Patrick Tierney to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth Tierney; his parents, Mark W. Tierney, Sr. and Margaret Casey Tierney (Peggy); and his siblings, Winifred Fisher (late Edward), Mark Tierney, Jr. (Carolyn), Margaret Hering (late Robert), Josephine Ruth (late Jack), James Tierney (Shirley) and Robert Tierney.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Tierney, Jr., Patricia Tierney and Jayne Tierney; his grandson Robby; and his great grandchildren, Gwendolyn, Fiona and Kingston Hines. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Church (3450 Lumardo Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45238). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Bridgetown Cemetery (4337 Harrison Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45211).
