He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Siebel and Lillian Siebel; and his daughter Carol Knecht. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" Siebel; his children, Dave Siebel (Debbie), Chris Siebel (Peggy), Donna Rowe (Jeff), Tommy Siebel (Kathy), Mary Pat Bess (Pat), Diane Bess (Andy) and Paul Siebel (Christie); his sister Gail Frye; and his son-in-law Bruce Knecht.
