He was predeceased by: his parents, Estaline Hope and Thomas Hobart Rupp; and his siblings, Donald Harold Rupp, William Frederick Rupp and Alice Jeannette Lahmer.

He is survived by: his wife Karen Rupp; his children, Keith Rupp and Ann Kiefer (Tony); his grandchildren, Cody (Kaitlynn Crow) and Dakota; and his brother Paul Hobart Rupp. He is also survived by friends and family.

Donations in Tom's memory may be sent to the Okeana United Methodist Church.
