He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margaret Gorman (Aultman) and David Jay; his wife Tabitha; his daughters, Rosalie and Shannon; his siblings, Amanda Placke (Jeff) and Ken Jay (Missy); his stepfather Dan Gorman; and his stepsiblings, Holly Kohlbacher (Rich), Matt Gorman (Colleen) and Jerrod Baughn (June).
