She is survived by: her husband Morris Lewis Sr.; her sons, Vertis Phelps and Antonio James; her siblings, Al Moore, Pearl Bradshaw (Herb) and Gwen Moore; her nephew Douglas Moore; her grandchildren, Nikki, Jason, Lana, Miles, Vertis Jr., Lance, Stephanie, Denzel and Michelle; her great grandchildren, Dashod, Raykell, Rava, Rayven and Rashod; and her great great grandchildren, Darlene Hicks, Margaret James, Rita Grant, Hycinthe Marshall and Ann Jones. She is also survived by great grandchildren.
