He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Ella Mae Breitfelder. He is survived by: his wife Dianna L. Breitfelder; his children, Donny Breitfelder and Daisy Breitfelder; his grandchildren, Korin, Makayla, Darron, Sophia, Trentin, Alana Breitfelder and Dominic Simpson; and his great grandchild Grayson Breitfelder. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
