She was predeceased by: her father Richard Boehm. She is survived by: her mother Joyce "Joy" Boehm; her sons, Austin and Corey Boehm; her grandson Ashton Boehm; and her siblings, Beth Bryant (Roger) and Glenn Boehm (Christina).
