He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret Reckers (Reker). He is survived by: his father Joseph Reckers; his children, Leslie Marie Reckers and Christopher Patrick Reckers; his wife Andrea Mary Reckers (Smith); and his grandsons, Jonah William and Simon Donald Reckers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Tunnel to Towers in memory of Vincent.
