She is survived by : her daughter Joyce; her son-in-law Harry Rumpke; her grandchildren, Kim Thornton (Greg), Douglas Rumpke (Maria), Jeffrey Rumpke (Amy), Brian Rumpke (Kim), Tom Schwab (Crystal), Melissa Schwab and Jim Schwab; her great grandchildren, Katie Ashley (Gary), Abby Gately (Charlie), Nick Thornton, Emily Thornton (David Funke), Alex Rumpke (Brooke Helmkamp), Zach Rumpke, Gabriella Rumpke of Allison Rumpke, A. J, Evan Rumpke, Sam Rumpke, Logan Rumpke, Max Rumpke, Dakota Schwab, Denver Schwab, Hailey Schwab and Brianna Schwab; her great great grandchildren, Corah, Ellis and Arden; and her cousin Joy Linn Mayer.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Spring Grove Cemetery (4521 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45232). A reception was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Spring Grove Funeral Homes (4389 Spring Grove Ave, Cincinnati, OH 45223).

“Dear Mom, I met you almost 40 years ago, and joined your extended family a year later when I married your son, James William Schwab. You were a wonderful mother-in-law, and I appreciated all our many converations, even the sad ones. You were even more like a mother to me than a mother-in-law even after Jim passed. I loved our family dinners and the many Uno games that we played. Such great memories we had. I loved every minute we were together! I will miss you more than you know, and hope”
