She was predeceased by: her parents, Robbin Sheppard and Samuel Sheppard; her brothers, Gene, Bob and Jerry; her husband Ernest I. Ester; her daughters, Patricia McDonald (Timothy) and Janice Ester; her granddaughters, Jennifer Coleman (Jeremiah) and Julie Fitts (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Ethan, Morgan, Ben, Izzy, Sam, Joey, Allie and Maggie; her great great grandchildren, Lily and Ezra; and her siblings' children, Robbin Leonard (Dave), Pete Sheppard (Regina), Rebecca Sheppard (Mark), April Landin (Ben), Dave and Sam.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Ginny's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a cause that reflects her generous spirit.
