He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Darpel and Elizabeth Darpel; and his siblings, Lou Darpel, Mary Ann Fulmer and Ray Darpel.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joe Darpel (Julie), Carole McCubbin and Bob Darpel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
