He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Penn, Mary Thomas, Joseph Penn, Sr. and Paul Penn; his wife Joyce Walker Penn; his children, Deborah Powell (Daryl) of Cincinnati, Walter Penn Jr. of Cincinnati, Sylvester Walker (Lakeitha) of Cincinnati and Latasha Bitok (Shadrack) of McKinney, Texas; his grandchildren, Eric Powell (Tanya), Tiffani Kennedy (Quinton) of Cincinnati and Hannah Lancer of Los Angeles, CA.; and his siblings-in-law, Yvonne Carney, Beverly Martin of Nashville, TN, Hattie Harrison, Barbara Campbell (Frank), Loretta Dawson of Cincinnati, Mamie Dawson of Austin, Texas, Marvin Lusk (Henrietta) of McMinnville, TN, Andrew Dawson of Cincinnati and Johnnie M. Powell of Cincinnati. He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and many special and devoted friends.
