Walter William Wahl Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Walter William Wahl (Cincinnati, Ohio), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 21, 2026 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Wahl and Ruth Wahl (Redrow); and his siblings, Donna Grube (Nolte), Sarah Staley (Bill), Regina Melson (Bursche) and Joseph Wahl (Bev).

He is survived by: his wife Sue Wahl; his children, Eric Wahl (Dorothy), Dain Wahl (Greg Szumlas) and Amy Segar (Chris); his grandchildren, Eleanor Kohl (Jeff), Nick Andrews (Ali), Laura Weisbrod (Andy), Noah Kohl (Grace), Robert Wahl, Ken Zhao, Haley Kohl, Dylan Andrews, Logan Kohl of Ali Wahl, A. J, Arian Wahl, Michael DiTomaso, Parker Segar, Sophie Andrews, Fiona Segar, Chloe Wahl, Finn Andrews, Crosby Segar, Ava Weisbrod, Leo Weisbrod and Mae Weisbrod; and his great grandchild Evan Wahl. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the McNicholas High School Alumni Association to help send future Rockets to college.
