He is survived by: his daughter Ronda Smith (Jeff) of Hillsboro; his grandchildren, Brisa Lopez of Hillsboro and Tony Lopez of Nashville, TN; his great grandchildren, Levi and Isaac; and his grandson David S. Lewis (Kristin) of Batavia.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Moriah Cemetery (686 Mt Moriah Dr, Cincinnati, OH 45245).
