We are sad to announce that on November 21, 2025, at the age of 71, Wayne Elbert Ward (Cincinnati, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Wayne leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Calvin Luther and Mary Arlene Ward (Bishop); his wife Dayna Ward; his daughter Megan Ward; his siblings, Jim Ward and Marianne Ward; his brother-in-law Bob Singleton; and his siblings' children, Calvin III Ward (Paula) and Mary McCardle. He was also cherished by her 2 sons; and many other loving family and friends.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Crown Hill Memorial Park (11869 Pippin Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45231).
Memorials can be made to St. Jude's or a charity of one's choice.
