He was predeceased by: his father Floyd Clements. He is survived by: his mother Linnie McQueary Clements of Cincinnati, OH; his sister Lisa Turner; his nephews, Chris Davis and Johnny Turner; and his great-nephews, Christopher Davis and Kayden Turner.
